Ekimae-ya
Type C Restaurant
Wanting to provide busy commuters a place for respite, Ekimae-Ya (meaning “the shop in front of the train station” in Japanese) is inspired by Japanese grab-and-go eateries that cater to the fast-paced lifestyles of travellers and business people. The latest concept by the founders of Hong Kong’s Nomad Coffee, Ekimae-Ya specialises in black beef-based and white milk-based curry cutlet sets, with extra light and crunchy katsu cutlets fried using fresh bread crumbs, with no added butter or sugar.
