The promotion only applies to Principal Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) who are also Members of K Dollar Program (“Cardholders”).

Reward 1 is only applicable to eligible conversion throughout the entire promotion period. If two members convert the same amount in the same prize tier, the member who completes the last conversion earlier will win.

The conversion reward leaderboard for Reward 1 will be updated on every Friday (from 25 August 2023) on K Dollar social platforms (Instagram and Facebook pages), and the final winning results will be announced on K Dollar social platforms, websites and emails on 27 October 2023, and winners will be notified individually.

Reward 2 is limited to Cardholders who complete the single conversion of 300, 600 or 1,000 K Dollars during the promotion period on a first-come-first served basis and while the quota lasts. Each Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of 5,000 extra K Dollars in total throughout the entire promotion period.

Reward 2 New Redeemer Reward is limited to New Redeemers who have never converted Citi Points to K Dollar successfully via K Dollar’s Platform from January 1 to August 14, 2023.

All conversions are subject to “Citi Points Conversion to K Dollar” Terms and Conditions.
