Golden Branch
On the search to create a bowl of authentic Phở, the Golden Branch founder travelled to Vietnam to immerse in the culture and find local ingredients that make up the famously fragrant soup base. Established in 2017, the Vietnamese eatery brings bowls recreating the taste of Vietnam right in Hong Kong, featuring premium U.S. raw beef, fresh-made Vietnamese ham, juicy beef balls, complete with fresh spices and herbs.
