Earning Proposition

General Terms and Conditions

1. Only electronic payment of HK$50 or above is eligible for K Dollar earning.
2. K Dollar Program members are required to present their eligible e-membership card at the time of payment for K Dollar earning. Date back earning will not be accommodated.
3. Corresponding K Dollar will be credited to your membership account within 4 to 6 weeks.
4. In case of any disputes, MPNCL and Rosewood Hong Kong reserve the right of final decision.
5. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
6. Other K Dollar Program terms and conditions apply.

Hotel Room Stay Additional Terms and Conditions

1. 100 K Dollars are only eligible for guests who made reservation through Rosewood Hong Kong Website page.
2. K Dollar Program members are required to present their eligible e-membership card for K Dollar earning upon check-in. Date back earning request after the checkout date will not be accommodated.
3. K Dollar earning is applicable to all room stays.
4. K Dollar can only be earned by one member per room, per stay.
5. K Dollar earning is not applicable for split stays.
6. K Dollar will be credited to your membership account 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of each stay.
7. K Dollar earning can be used in conjunction with the guest room discount offers for specific KLUB 11 membership tiers.
8. Spending at Rosewood Hong Kong will not be counted towards the accumulative spending requirement for upgrading or renewing the KLUB 11 membership.

Dining Additional Terms and Conditions

1. K Dollar Program members are required to present their eligible e-membership card at the time of payment for K Dollar earning. Date back earning will not be accommodated.
2. K Dollar earning is applicable for dine-in only, except Butterfly Patisserie.
3. K Dollar earning is not applicable for purchase via Online Shop platform.
4. K Dollar earning is not applicable to certain promotional menus, credit card discounts and other dining partner-related promotions. K Dollar Program members are advised to check with participating dining outlet(s) concerned prior to dining.
5. K Dollar can be earned on total food and beverage spending including service charges excluding tips.
6. Blackout dates apply.
7. K Dollar can only be earned by one member per each dining transaction.
8. K Dollar will be credited to your membership account 4 to 6 weeks after each transaction.
9. K Dollar earning is not applicable to Gift Card purchase.
10. Spending at Rosewood Hong Kong will not be counted towards the accumulative spending requirement for upgrading or renewing the KLUB 11 membership.

Asaya Treatments & Retail Additional Terms and Conditions

1. K Dollar Program members are required to present their eligible e-membership card at the time of payment for K Dollar earning. Date back earning request will not be accommodated.
2. K Dollar will be credited to your membership account 4 to 6 weeks after each transaction.
3. K Dollar earning is not applicable to Gift Card purchase or online purchase.
4. Spending at Rosewood Hong Kong will not be counted towards the accumulative spending requirement for upgrading or renewing the KLUB 11 membership.

Private Events Booking Additional Terms and Conditions

1. K Dollar Program members are required to present their eligible e-membership card at the time of payment for K Dollar earning. Date back earning request will not be accommodated.
2. K Dollar earning cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or rates (excluding New World card holders and Rosewood associates discount).
3. K Dollar can only be earned by event contract signee with one K Dollar Program membership only per event including social or wedding event.
4. Minimum food & beverage charge applied according to the event date.
5. K Dollar will be credited to your membership account 4 to 6 weeks after each transaction.
6. K Dollar earning is not applicable to Gift Card purchase or online purchase.
7. Spending at Rosewood Hong Kong will not be counted towards the accumulative spending requirement for upgrading or renewing the KLUB 11 membership.

Residences Stay Additional Terms and Conditions

1. K Dollars earning is applicable to all room type.
2. K Dollars can only be earned one time by one member per room, per stay.
3. K Dollars earning is applicable for new guest signing the Long Stay Agreement from 1 April 2022 onwards. It is not applicable for to the existing guests nor the renewal of the Long Stay Agreement nor the extended stay of the existing guests.
4. K Dollar Program members are required to present their eligible e-membership card for K Dollars earning. Date back earning request after the checkout date will not be accommodated.
5. K Dollars will be credited to your membership account 4 to 6 weeks after the commencement date of the Long Stay Agreement.
6. Spending at Rosewood Hong Kong will not be counted towards the accumulative spending requirement for upgrading or renewing the KLUB 11 membership.

Burning Proposition

1. You can spend your K Dollar at Rosewood Hong Kong for hotel room stay, Asaya and below participating dining outlets.
