Effective from 22 March 2022, you are required to bind your KLUB 11 membership with your K Dollar Program account to continue to earn and use K Dollars. 

Your existing, non-expired K Dollars will not be eligible for usage unless both accounts have been linked. If you choose to bind the accounts later, you may still register your spending, but no K Dollars will be earned from the transactions. You must bind the membership accounts on or before 31 December 2022, otherwise all your existing K Dollars will be forfeit after this date.

K Points (K Dollars) Validity:

Upon the launch of K Dollar Program, after spending in K11 MUSEA & K11 Art Mall Merchants, KDP member are entitled to at least 12 months’ validity of regular earning of K Points (K Dollars) from the date of point crediting. The expiry date of K Dollars from regular earning is set on 31 Mar/30 Jun/30 Sep/31 Dec, i.e. the last date of each quarter. The expiry date of bonus K Points (K Dollars) may depend on Participating Partners or Merchants, in accordance to their terms and conditions.

Your health and safety is our top priority. In light of the current COVID-19 lockdown, K Dollars expiring on 31 March 2022 will be extended to 30 September 2022 after 5 April 2022. Please check ‘K11 HK’ App after the respective date and you will find your K Dollars in your balance again.
