Gaia Group was founded in 2000 with a view to introducing authentic dining experiences to Hong Kong. Headquartered in Hong Kong, the Group now owns and operates a string of western fine dining, casual dining and Chinese restaurants. Over the past 18 years the Group has grown to a portfolio of over 40 restaurants with multiple themes in different locations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Bangkok. With a track record of success, the Group continues to expand in Asia every day incorporating new food concepts and modern designs. Since its inception in 2000, Gaia Group has followed a planned expansion strategy to ensure each of its brands is carefully nurtured and that the restaurants maintain the stipulated high standards.
